Final Goodbyes

1.31.2011

Yesterday Farrah and I met up with Severine and Brent at Expresso House downtown.  They are leaving us to do their second semester in Norway.  They are the last of our classmates to leave us, and I already miss them...now it's down to just me, Farrah, and Ohara in Linköping.  I hope that I'm able to make more international friends this year.

Downtown Linköping

Today I took a walk to downtown Linköping (the town I live in), accompanied by my beautiful friend Farrah.  It was an especially gorgeous day, just above freezing and more sun than I've seen in months!

Last night, I attended a surprise party for "the twins" (Christoffer and Hampus), put on by their girlfriends (Farrah and Jennifer).  A great time was had by all.

An Evening at Kårallen

1.27.2011

Kårallen is an on-campus space which is run by unpaid students, this fact makes the prices extremely cheap.  During the days, it operates as a small coffee place which offers a few tasty treats.  On Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3-6pm it operates as a pub.
