Griffith Park

I'll save a lengthy, contemplative post for another day.  Right now, every part of my body aches due to a 3+ hour hike at Griffith park yesterday, staying up late to celebrate a friend's birthday, and walking around Disneyland for hours today.  I went to the park with my beautiful friend and co-worker Valerie and her sweet pup Miley - we had fun exploring trails off of the main path (where I totally slipped and ate it).  We did have a bit of a fright when encountering 3 coyotes while alone on the trail but thankfully they ran off and left Miley alone.  This park is gorgeous and I can't wait to go back and try different trails.  Hopefully next time I will remember to apply sunscreen...
