Hanna Flat, Day 1

Upon our arrival to our campsite, we quickly learned that we had packed the wrong tent poles (though they were brought up later by some others in the group), so we took advantage of the last hour or two of daylight to do a bit of exploring near our site. Although devastated by a fire a few years ago, Hanna Flat was still gorgeous- it was just nice to be in nature. Little to no reception, we were able to just sit near the fire, enjoy each other's company and the quiet and stillness. I definitely want to do a trip like many times next year.
